If you're unsure which size to buy, follow the steps below:

Length:

On a sheet of paper, draw a straight line longer than your foot.
Place the sheet on a flat surface. Stand on the line, centering your heel and your longest toe. If you're measuring a child's foot, it may be easier to hold the sheet against their foot.
Mark the line at the tip of your longest toe and behind your heel.
Repeat the steps above for your other foot.
Measure the distance between the two marks for each foot. Using the larger of the two measurements, find your size in the conversion chart.

Width:

Measure under the base of your toes, at the widest part of the ball of your foot.
Repeat for your other foot: the larger measurement is your foot width. Round to the nearest size (1/16 in or 0.5 mm).
