Returns & exchanges

Not the right size or not completely satisfied? You can return or exchange your item within 14 business days from the day you receive your order.

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• All tags must still be attached.
• Your request must be made within the 14-business-day window.

1. Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
2. We send you the return instructions and the return address by email.
3. Pack the item in its original condition and ship it back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
