Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return.

1. Return conditions

To be accepted, an item must be:

unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use;
in its original condition, with all tags attached;
returned in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, items whose hygiene seal has been removed (such as swimwear or underwear) cannot be returned. Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned either, except where the law gives you a right of withdrawal (see section 7).

2. How to return an item

your order number;
the item(s) you want to return;
the reason for the return (optional).

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered.

4. Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or color is to return your item and place a new order.

5. Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, return costs included.

6. Refunds

We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your account.

If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

If your order is delivered in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel it within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, including for sale items. The item must be returned in the condition described in section 1, with proof of purchase.
