Processing, delivery and tracking.

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery takes 8 to 10 business days and express delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Business days run Monday to Friday.

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. Follow your package on our tracking page.

Customs, duties and taxes: depending on your destination, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply when your package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.

Return an item.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  1. Email us

    Within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and the items you want to return.

  2. Get approval and instructions

    Once your return is approved, we send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Refund within 10 business days

    After we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund goes to the payment method you used. Your bank may need extra time to post it.

Return conditions.

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted. Customized items and personal care products can’t be returned either.
  • Items sent back without approval are not accepted. Wait for our instructions before you ship anything.
  • Exchanges: the quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
  • Orders shipped to the European Union: you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason, under the same conditions.
